From working on the till, delivering sales and services training, to leading a sales floor, walking round CEO’s and working on marketing campaigns. Working for retailers from the multi national and independent, I know the good from the fabulous.

In the middle of the greatest changes to retailing,  The Secret Retailer was created. It is my  passion and need to create empowered and creative retailers.
